Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the k1971 platform at k1971.onl, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on k1971. The operation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, k1971 reserves the right to close all but the original account, void any winnings generated from duplicate accounts, and withhold any bonus funds associated with those accounts.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, contact email address, and phone number. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your k1971 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account access with any other person. k1971 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure. 3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

k1971 may request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to: a copy of your National Identity Card (NID), a recent utility bill or bank statement showing your address, and a selfie photograph for identity confirmation. Accounts that fail to complete the verification process within the specified timeframe may have withdrawal requests placed on hold until verification is complete.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

k1971 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals by players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard (via partner banks including City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and Sonali Bank). All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount on k1971 is ৳500 per transaction. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account. There is no maximum deposit limit unless expressly stated in a specific promotion's terms.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name. k1971 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.

Bonuses & Promotions

k1971 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, reload promotions, seasonal offers (including Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and Victory Day promotions), and other incentives to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless specific promotional terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players aged 21 and above only.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, and per device unless otherwise specified.

Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on k1971 are subject to the official rules of the relevant sporting body governing the event (for example, the ICC for cricket matches, or FIFA for football). In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a bet, the official result declared by the relevant governing body shall be final and binding.

6.2 In-Play Betting

k1971 offers live in-play betting on selected events, including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and other cricket tournaments. In-play odds are subject to rapid change. Bets accepted during in-play markets are binding once confirmed by the system. k1971 is not responsible for network delays, device connectivity issues, or display latency that may affect a player's visibility of current odds during live events.

6.3 Casino & Slot Games

All casino and slot games available on k1971 use certified random number generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are mathematically determined at random and cannot be influenced by k1971, the game provider, or the player. Players acknowledge that casino games carry a house edge and that results over the long term favour the house. The return-to-player (RTP) percentage for individual games is available within each game's information panel.

6.4 Void Bets

k1971 reserves the right to void any bet placed as a result of a technical error, an erroneous odds display, or a system malfunction. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the player's account in full.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the k1971 platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed, with any associated funds subject to forfeiture:

• Fraud: Any attempt to defraud k1971 or other players through the use of stolen payment credentials, identity documents, or false account information.

• Minors: Permitting or facilitating access to the k1971 platform by any individual under the age of 21.

Account Suspension & Closure

• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity.

Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account (excluding bonus funds not meeting wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to the completion of identity verification and any pending investigation.
